Back and Biceps, a true match made in heaven. Like triceps and biceps, chest and biceps, or shoulders and biceps, pairing back and biceps creates a lethal combo to make insane gains and improve your physique. Squat, bench, and deadlift may be the hallmark exercises people know to develop strength, but to truly get the body you want, you’re going to want to work this pairing out greatly, fortunately in which you are in luck. While the three exercises mentioned ask for an elaborate setup with enough weight to challenge you, we have designed today’s workout with a more simple approach. All that is necessary is a pull-up bar and your body’s weight and you’re good to go. Of course if you want a little bit more of a challenge, feel free to put on your Heria Weight vest, but really this workout is designed for all levels of strength as you do each exercise for time. If an exercise may be too challenging, we do offer alternatives for anyone closer to entry level so worry not.
