In order to complement results and optimize your gains, remember to be mindful of your diet and eat with intention! Yes, you can implement a caloric deficit if you're trying to shred. However, even if that's not your goal, you can still practice mindful nutritional habits by prioritizing quality over quantity. Again, intentional eating does not mean that you need to starve yourself into a chronic state of "hangry-ness," but it simply emphasizes that you are listening to your body and nourishing it appropriately. This will be especially important both before and after your workouts as it will serve as fuel and facilitate recovery and growth.
