You’ve probably seen countless ones online- challenges that are designed to test your strength and endurance to their utmost limits. There are a specific subset of said challenges that are so physically demanding to the point where one rep is all that is asked of you. Although many of you are brave to try, just as much are humbled by these types of exercises. While seemingly impossible, with enough training you can do them too!
