How To Dragon Flag Like Bruce Lee

Welcome to another tutorial vlog with Chris Heria! This week, Chris will be breaking down the dragon flag. He will review the basic, foundational elements required to master this move in a step-by-step fashion to ensure your achievement. 

The dragon flag is an incredible body weight exercise that will shred those abs and strengthen your back. You might have seen this move performed by athletes such as gymnasts or even the legend himself, Bruce Lee. If you're still not convinced as to why you should master this move, other reasons include increased core and pulling strength, as well as secondary, targeted activation of other muscles groups like your glutes and calves-- aka this is basically a total body workout!
