As per tradition, this Father’s Day is like any other for Thenx with another special Father’s Day Workout! To make it special, we’ve made today’s all about pushups. You’ve probably already seen and heard of making it a goal to do a HUNDRED pushups so why not make it more interesting. Hopefully you’re not alone this Father’s Day, and if you have your father/son, grandfather/grandson, or any father figure for that matter, let's all do this one together. Join Zen and Chris Heria as they do this year’s 200 Push Up Father’s Day Workout. Watch as they show you how they do their reps together through different variations to complete their 200 reps.

It’s important to keep a healthy family culture and what better way to do it than working out together? While of course 200 may seem like WAY more than reasonable to do for one person so in this case you’re going to share the load. While 100 already seems like a herculean task to take on, this time around you’re not aiming to do 100 straight (although eventually…). Today’s workout is designed to take you across 10 separate rounds with breaks in between. Taking a short rest is important to help your muscles recover, and can make for nice snippets of bonding with your workout partner. That way the workout will not only leave your bodies stronger, but also your relationship!
