Complete 20 Min Cardio Workout To Replace Treadmill (Follow Along)

 

Chris Heria is back at it again with a super effective cardio workout. Cardio based workouts are one of the best exercises for your body. This form of exercise benefits your brain (physiologically and psychologically), joints, muscles, organs, vascular circulation, and even contributes to proper sleep hygiene!

It is known that running is the easiest and most popular way to get some cardio in, however, the reality is that access to a treadmill is limited, especially in the setting of an ever evolving pandemic, and availability to run outdoors is limited by both mother nature and swamped schedules. Let's face it-- life is busy and messy. Therefore, this is why Chris and his team curated this cardio workout as an alternative to running for 20 minutes. It will not only achieve the same goals but it will actually surpass the amount of calories burned and muscle gained by the conventional hamster wheel within the same duration! This routine consists of 20 exercises, each completed for 45 seconds, with intermittent 15 second breaks.
