How To Handstand | ANYONE CAN DO THIS

Have you ever wanted to learn how to master a handstand? With a little bit of practice and guidance, anyone can accomplish this skill! This week Chris taps into tutorial mode as he breaks this move down into digestible chunks. Knowledge is power, right? Therefore, he starts things off with the definition and description of a handstand. carries you through the origin story that dates back to the 18th century, and brings you up to the present day technique.

Handstands offer a wide range of benefits. They improve your balance, strengthen your core and shoulder muscle compartments, facilitate blood circulation, and enhance your breathing. Once you've gotten the hang of this movement, this will help you unlock the ability to further train your shoulders and upper body anywhere. This will basically transform your body into its own walking gym, and once you master it you will be able to level up and incorporate advanced variations of the handstand into your routine, reaping even more benefits from this move. Now, let's get to the fun part and get moving!

So while working on the handstand kickup, I notice that my body isn’t fully aligned because I tend to use my head when trying to keep balance. How do I avoid this in order to progress cause I feel stuck? Love the content. Keep up the work!
