Welcome back Thenx athletes. This week, Chris Heria will take you on a journey down leg day lane. This workout will only use up 15 minutes of your time and does not even require any equipment!

You will start getting some real results after the completion of this routine because it will target all of the major muscle compartments of your lower body. This includes your glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, abductors, adductors, and many other muscles in between. Also, this routine is not exclusive to a specific training level as it lends a degree of adaptability that can be executed by any type of athlete.
