THIS is the HARDEST Bicep Exercise | HEFESTO

Working out is not the same without a goal to strive towards. Fortunately enough, for calisthenics, there are a multitude of different maneuvers that seem impossible to the average human. With a little bit of hard work and effort these skills are achievable, given you take part in the necessary steps to achieve such a goal. One such skill is the Hefesto, a highly advanced maneuver based heavily around the bicep. If you’re itching to learn about this seemingly impossible feat, you’re in luck. For those who haven’t seen it before, the Hefesto is an advanced calisthenics movement not unlike a reverse muscle up. Where a muscle up is based around pulling yourself up a bar that is above and in front of you, the Hefesto challenges your pulling and pushing muscles centered around the opposite muscles the muscle up normally would. Essentially you are curling your entire body’s weight behind your back. To achieve such a movement, you will have to train your forearms, biceps, shoulders, and back like you have never before. Follow both Brian and Kyle as they show you the steps necessary to lead up to being able to do a Hefesto on your very own.
