This implements the foundation laid out by prior tutorials to help significantly increase your reps, as well as increase your pulling strength for more advanced exercises.
Increasing your rep range may seem like a herculian task if you’ve been stuck at 10 for a while, but by implementing the techniques shown you’re bound to see some considerable gains. To summarize, you’ll want to increase your grip strength, engage proper scapular retraction, implement varying grips, and adding on a progressive weight load. Each of these tips is highlighted by a different exercise (or two) in today’s workout.
