Not to overgeneralize, but oftentimes fat burning routines put a heavy emphasis on doing a lot of movements but not much of a focus on much else. Here at Thenx we want to hammer home our focus of not just looking strong, but BEING strong. This holds true for weight loss. With enough movements you may eventually lose weight, but if you focus on the right ones, you can better sustain the body you have always wanted. In not only burning fat but also building up strength, your overall performance as an athlete will improve. This will greatly carry over to other workouts you do or want to do.
